This is the third video in a four-part series in which I present a framework for understanding several accounts of how America can flourish that compete for influence in our public square. This framework will prepare you for a subsequent series in which I will deep-dive into multiple disordered nationalisms we encounter on the left and right.
In the first and second videos, I introduced the concept of nationalism from a Christian ethics perspective and developed our understanding of disordered nationalisms. In this video, we will shift our focus to rightly ordered nationalisms.I will explain why they're the antidote to the disordered kind and how to imagine them. I aim to empower you to make informed decisions about whether accepting some of the stories we hear in the public square is healthy.
